In my opinion needed to be seen calmly at home again to get much better audiovisual expressions (lovely Peter Gabriel's soundtrack & photos).
A great idea of holding the THURSDAY FILM CLUB! Finally sth is moving:) Maybe room 110 is a little bit too bright, too large and not-well "sound-equipped" but IT IS :-)
Gradually, I will be uploading all the films we watch on Thursdays (and the ones we don't have time for) onto my chomikuj.pl account, so you can savour them later in the peace and quiet of your home.
But I really think that watching them together adds to the experience. Besides soon we'll have a chance to look at some films and TV programmes that need some background knowledge to understand and enjoy. So my job, in a way, will be to "walk you through" these films.
And yes, I agree about room 110. Next time I'll try to grab a smaller and darker classroom - 209 should be just right ;-)
